LJ2Z-500&Acute;4200 Digit Display Sawing Machine With Double-Head

The machine, with high precision, is an automatic cutting equipment for aluminium sections.

Two saws are mounted on the machine body. The left one is fixed on the machine body by bolts. And the right one can be moved on the cylindrical sliding guides by means of pulling the handle, or be locked at a required position. The cut length of the workpiece will be shown on the digit display mounted on the machine body.

An operational console is mounted in front of the machine body. All the electrical control components are installed at the console. The machine can complete workpiece positioning, holding-down, cutting, cutting tool returning, and loosening procedures only the operator presses the buttons according to the operational procedures after the workpiece is put on the worktable. The safety for operators is considered fully when the machine is designed. The saw moving part is covered completely by a firm and safe cover that can be opened. The pneumatic control system includes bimanual controlling buttons so as to ensure a safe operation.
